• infoarena software: all code, documentation and materials in this repository, trac or throughout all devnet.ro/infoarena.ro websites.
• Association: The infoarena Association - a non-profit organization created in order to protect the infoarena community.

Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, the copyright for infoarena software belongs to Association.

You may not copy and/or publish infoarena software for other purposes than contributing to the development efforts of the community. This includes but it's not limited to using infoarena software in products/websites other than those recognized by Association.

Copyright FAQ

• Q: Can I create my own clone of info-arena using the infoarena codebase?
• A: No, you cannot! Access is granted to the codebase for the benefit of our community. Just because you can see it, doesn't mean you can use it for your own.

• Q: But isn't this like... open source?
• A: No. This software addresses very specific requirements and doesn't seem particularly useful for anybody else. If you think somebody else can benefit out of it, tell us and we may switch licenses. Until then, the code stays (c) Association.
